Event Update
Call of Duty: Modern Warfare 3 Prerelease Tournament - November 7th, 2011 @ 9:00pm - Sponsored by Gamestop @ Capital City Mall (Near Hot Topic)
Everything's a go with our first late night tournament with Gamestop and nothing is stopping us from being there! Gamestop reduced the size of team from 4 down to 2 with teams formed at the event itself. We will be setting up up to 10 HDTVs, consoles and copies of MW3 with the help of Sears and Gamestop for the event. The folks at Gamestop will even be providing extra giveaways and prizes for people who show up for the midnight release, and we might throw in a little something something for the mix.
Still Free to enter and an easy pick-up-and-play area for non-combatants if you just want to try it without someone hunting you down for picking up a controller. Be sure to arrive early to sign up and confirm your preorder of MW3. Sponsored by Gamestop!

TSG Top #1 - Magic the Gathering Two-Headed Giant Legacy Tournament @ Capital City Gaming in the Harrisburg Mall - November 19th, 2011 @ 2:00pm
Our next Top #1 event next month is a full blown tournament for MTG sponsored entirely by us and held within Capital City Gaming. A Two-Headed Giant Legacy Tournament with prizes of Booster Boxes up for grabs and assorted items as giveaways including t-shirts, booster packs, and food. That means, Teams of 2 will compete in Double Elimination, Best 2 out of 3, commutative life matches for the Top MTG Team of Toggle Sticks Gaming! Form teams now or later and all are available to join! No restrictions on participants, even Capital City Gaming Employees and TSG Staff Members!
The Judge for the tournament will be myself to keep it open to all. Deck Restrictions are Legacy Restricted to keep it as fair as possible. So no "Black Lotus, turn 2 exile target player's deck" wins. Time limit for each round will be set to 60 minutes for 3 games with breaks in between matches. Due to time constraints, we will be limited infinite loops to "10 loops per turn per combo" to keep the matches going. Prizes for 3rd and back will be determined by the number of participants in the tournament, but are almost guaranteed. Anyone without a partner can be assigned one before the tournament starts.
Also, did I mention that they were Innistrad Booster Boxes? $10 per person with prizes and giveaways during the event. You'll easily get your money's worth of goodies at some point at the event! As MTG will be our primary this Top #1 event, we will not be setting up consoles for games. POSSIBLY, though... we may have TVs set up for an Anime Session with Capital City Gaming. TSG Convention - Saturday March 4th, 2012 (pending)
Toggle Sticks Gaming's biggest event so far is only a half year away and we are already increasing the number of events for that single day! Our MTG Dark Ascension Booster Draft tournament will be joined by SoulCalibur 5, Ultimate Marvel Vs Capcom 3, Call of Duty: Modern Warfare 3 tournaments, and several pick up and play events for a multitude of games (Rockband Included)! Other Events include: Challenge Events, High Score Events, Races, Xbox 360 Raffle and more! Entry to the convention automatically gets you one Raffle Ticket and more can be purchased at our booth!
Also Vendors Wanted! TSG's first convention needs vendors! Whether it's just a single booth or multiple tables, we have what you need! Exceptionally low cost for all vendors and staff members they bring. To order a booth, please email me at draken_benvolaid@yahoo.com.

"The Pack Runs Fast" - Canis Lupo's Multi-week Review of Forza Motorsport 4 (and how it is better than GT5?)
Each Week, starting last week, for the next 5-6 weeks, Core Member Ryan "Canis Lupo" Worley will be posting his review of Forza 4's multitude of features. This time around, Turn 10 turned up the notch with it's features for car and environment detail, customization, auction house and storefront, new racing modes, and how they treat the community as individuals and as a whole.

Although lesser know, most of the Staff Members know me as a Flyboy Aviation Junky who knows a thing or two about aircraft... Also the fact that I hold multiple champion titles on multiple leagues for Ace Combat 6 (360) and an almost peerless record of Air to Air Combat, even against US Military Pilots... Yet this latest installment of Ace Combat makes me feel a little cringing every time I pick up the controller...

Gaming Update
Sony's PSVita comes out in Feb!
Specifically February 22nd, 2012 with Launch titles of UMvC3 and Uncharted as their catch points to compete against Nintendo's 3DS's right Analog Stick thingy. Also... it may be PS Store Only, but no confirmation as of yet for the software of the system, as it lacks a UMD drive and has a new type of Flash Memory (still no SD Card slot). So which will win? I like whatever has a good FF game (looks away...) remake, so which ever has one first has a "this handheld only" thing, gets my vote. I'm hoping for a 7th incarnation of FF4...
